You can personalise your roof inside and out.

The inside comes with a  plastered finish and fully painted, which is the most popular as it makes the room airy and bright.  You can add roof vents for added light and ventilation are available.

We will offer you lighting options, It can be either concealed along the length of the ridge within a drop-down lowered ceiling or can be surface mounted.

You can choose from a choice of coloured lightweight tiles and slates from Metrotile and Tapco. Both are BBA accreditation, offer proven weatherproof performance and come with extensive guarantees against corrosion, warping, fading and cracking.

Lighting

You can style your new garden room with any style of low energy lighting. You can opt to have them built in the roof, around your new room in an internal pelmet or even on an external soffit that looks stunning.
